The most basic criticism I would give is that if you are going to take a soul grinder you are better off taking at least two. One is going to get destroyed the first chance your opponent has, and being the only armor in your army, it's going to go fast.

So I would either take the points for it for another prince, or lose your prince for another soul grinder.
