2 things...

You have 4 anti armor weapons... well ones that can hit AV14. and two of them need to get close on a foot slogging bullet magnet.

It would be 9 berserkers and a skull champion. As they are different units (albeit in the same squad).

I'd say to help with the anti armor problem drop 2 berserkers from each squad (thus being fluffy too) and purchase a havoc squad. possibly make that chain fist you have into a normal power weapon.

from the zerkers and that fist you just saved something like 150 points. Giving you 75 to spend on the squad and another 75 to spend on their stuff. Las cannons or missile launchers will do well here.
