Default Black Library, is it fluff?

I see how C.S. Goto messes up fluff, but I have a bit of an ongoing... discussion going with Aun on William King.
He says that William king messed up in Ragnar's claw when Ragnar and his "claw" of fellow Blood Claws and a couple of inquisitors used a teleporter to reach the planet Galt. It states in the new(3rd ed) codex that space wolves are afraid of teleporters. This would essentially have made Ragnar's Claw wrong, a mistake I find strange for the man (according to the first page) wrote the 2nd ed Space Wolf Codex. Now if he wrote the book before the rd edition codex, does that make him wrong? (As a side note, he is one of the original creators of space wolves, according to WD 156.)

My question is, does this make William Kings stories Fluff?
Was it fluff before the 3rd ed codex was released?

How is he wrong? Sure, they're afraid of teleporters, but that doesn't mean that they won't ever use them.

Real men fight in tanks!

So they get a bit claustraphobic... but at the end of the day they're Space Marines so they'd overcome their fears.

I can't see Ragnar standing at a cave entrace, quivering and saying "It's dark in dere!" can you?

Space Wolves are not "afraid" of Teleporters, they just don't like them! They believe if you are going to fight someone, you should do it with both feet firmly on the ground, not with all your bits wizzing through some alternate dimension like you're some Star Trek redshirt!
