Default Tau 1,500 pnt army (Good or Bad?)

Okay so this is the Tau 1,500 point army I created to use against my brothers Imperial Guard

This army is not meant to be used against any other than the Imperial Guard

Any tips, suggestions would be very appreciated as I want to dominate my brother
