Default Callidus and Tyranids

So something curious popped into my head recently, in most other armies the Imperium's Callidus Assassin(for those unfamiliar with her, she is an assassin who specialises in infiltration and who's body can take on any desired human or xeno shape, eventually bound to size issues, and who usually works herself up to a close position to commander's) can infiltrate one way or another, but when it comes to Tyranids with the Hive mind it becomes more difficult to explain her infiltration.
Someone told me that one possible way was she could imitate a Lictor as their loose connection to the hive mind would explain her going undetected more fully, but I'm still curious as to what types she might also be able to use. Any thoughts on the matter?

(My main reason for this is a conversion project where I try to make a callidus piece that looks like whichever army I may face and thusly curious which Tyranid model would be a suitable base for this fluff/gamewise)

Well, there is some older fluff from a BL book that told about a Callidus assassin transforming into a genestealer. She had to have special implants however.

Yes she transformed into a hybrid genestealer but only with 2 out of 4 arms.

And the ritual was ridiculously complicated. Much more so than just normal shape shifting.

If that was how hard it took to become even a hybrid (well she was purestrain, but she just had 2 arms) I don't think they are capable into becoming something like a lictor.
