Default Info on Knight Titans please.

Hey.

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about the old Knight Titans or the Knight worlds. I'm looking to build a few but need some info to go by.

Thanks,
Aun

What sort of info are you after? Size? Armour? Weapons? Crew?

Weren't the Knight Worlds vassal planets to the Adeptus Mechanicus Forge Worlds? I seem to recall Knights being an intermediate step between walkers and true Titans.

Any thing and Everything please!!!* ;D

The only thing I know is that they are small titans that are controlled by noble houses on Knight worlds and that there are severall deferant types like a paladin and castellian. I know something of the types (Errants are used for close combat while castellians are used for longer range fighting.) but that is about it. I would really like to know the things you just mentioned, Size, Armour, Weapons and Crew.

I also have two questions that are VERY important, #1 do Knights have a sentiant machine spirit and #2 do the pilots ned an NIU? (Nural Interface Unit.)

here are my exparemental rules for a paladin,

Right, I'll try and give a quick summary.

#1: Knights are from Feudal worlds, usually Agri-worlds that are home to megalodons and other massive creatures.

#2: Knights are piloted by a "Throne". The Throne is a sort of MIU uplink, but it must first be imprinted with the pilot's neural pattern. It also acts as a sort of Machine Spirit. The imprinting takes place during the ritual of "The Vigil". This can cause a lot of variance in the Machine Spirit; if the pilot is frightened during the Vigil, his Knight will be very cautious. If he feels angry, the Knight will be very aggressive, etc.

#3: All Knights have a cock-pit mounted weapon called a "Shock Lance". It essentially discharges lightning bolts at the enemy.

#4: Some Knights have shields, though not as efficient as Void Shields.

#5: Imperial Knights are based on Exodite vehicles, also known as Knights.

#6: Armaments vary, though the "Paladin" was armed with a Battlecannon and chainsword.

Just to confirm - the Knight Worlds belong to the Adeptus Mechanicus, and the Knight Houses fight with their forces.

Depends what version you use. I have the really old school material. In fact, I've got the WD issue where the Knights came out!

They were from Agri-worlds originally, usually planets that had belonged (or still did) to Exodites. Don't recall them being Ad-Mech worlds.

I think it was related to why you would ever see them fighting anywhere else aside from their homeworlds. I am not sure, as I am getting this third or fourth hand.

Yup... Big old chaninsword!

"Ahh... that Sergeant just ripped one of my men apart with his chainsword!",
"Ahh... That Knight Titan just ripped one of my platoons apart with his chainsword!"

You know it'd be nice if they published EVERYTHING they've published that is still Cannon going waaay back in one big set. Excpet it'd cost over a thousand dollars..
