Default The consecrators... hidden story/agenda

Okay... The Successor chapter called the consecrators.

The consecrators show up completely at random, no-one knows of their movments and no-one knows how they were born exactly. They use ancient gear and have black armour.
The black armor is probly a throw back to the pre-heresy days where the Dark angels wore black armour. They had not been recored for near 9000 years after the heresy

NOW...

Think dark angels history

Who else has black armor?
Who else would probly use ancient gear?
Who else is highly untrackable?
Who else appears and dissappears as they choose?
Who else has not had a real history?

The Fallen.

Thoughts?

They are to the Fallen what the successor chapter Wolf Brothers was to the 13th company.

The thing is, most of our data on these mysterious chapters are very sketchy, based on scattered reports and legends of local worlds which the officials tries to make some kind of data out of them. Just as the real truth of the 13th company is forever buried within cryptic legends of various groups with all startling similarities, so too may the truth of the Fallen be buried eternally within these mysterious appearances and what-not.

But this chapter must be very very small, there's only 250 fallen left accordingly and I'm going to judge that most of them are scattered and aren't fighting.

I'd estimate this force at say, 30--50 men at max and that's an over estimateion. I don't think even Cypher can muster so many Fallens.

There are many more fallen then that. Pre-heresy chapters were made of thousands, not just a thousand. 1/2 went with Luthor, 1/2 went with Johnson. So if there were 10000 marine sin the dark angels pre-heresy. 5000 turned on them, say 3000 died... 2000 are sucked into the wrap. say 1000 of those have repented or taken up normal lives... that leaves a full post-heresy equivilent chapter of fallen.

I'm currently makeing an army of at LEAST 100 of these fallen marines drawn to cypher.

I'm going to have to read more into this....

According to Ezekiel's book it doesn't number in the thousands (by which I mean number of remaining Fallen)...

okay.... so that means there is a max of 999 fallen out there. I have in my army now 54 of them... 55 if you include Cypher

Part of the problem is that the Dark Angels may not really know how many Fallen there actually are. They should know how many brothers were left behind on Caliban, but who is to say how many new recruits were inducted from the time Jonsen left until he returned? And because of how they were scattered throughout time, many of them may not have emerged from the Warp yet. So I would seriously avoid keeping any kind of hard and fast numbers on them. All we can really say is that the Dark Angels are not aware of more than 1,000 individuals at the present time.

But I would have severe doubts that the Fallen could survive in a formation as large as a Chapter without the Dark Angels finding out about it and coming after them.

thats where two of my clubs memebers come into it.

See this army im making is running side by side with one of these guys armies. The other one will just love the story of fighting my army :P
So the one running with me on this is aking a story for his army about the truths of the fallen. His army will find out about a brooding mass of fallen and take to hunting them down. My army wil be doing the oppisate, believing they are still loyal to the emperor and destroying those that 'betrayed' them.
