Default Stupid Question

Hey Guys, this is kinda stupid, but i'll ask it anyway:
Which Ordos would deal with the threat of a mutant witch, working with many many zeno leaders to summon an unholy demon

I would guess that all three of the major Ordoes would get involved (and probably fight amongst themselves as much as against the enemy).

It probably depends on which plot comes into the open first. If the mutant is discovered first, the Ordo Herctius would kill him. Of course, they'd discover the other plots along the way and kill them too.

Likewise, if the xeno infestation is discovered first, then the Ordo Xenos would be called in. They'd turn up, realise what was going on, and kill everything. Just because they specialise in killing Xenos dosen't mean they don't know how to shoot a demon/mutant.

The only way you'd get all three factions there at once would be if all the different elements were uncovered at the same time. The odds of which being incredibly unlikely.

On the other hand, both the Ordo Hereticus and the Ordo Xenos are very much investgative organizations. It is quite possible that their agents would have been monitoring just their aspect of a situation long before they understood its true complexity.

Whichever one found it first...

Remember that not every inquisitor actually belongs to one of the Ordos and that if an issue that doesn't relate to an inquisitors ordo arises he will still combat it.

I.e. Inquisitor Stelle of the Ordo Malleus is investigating a suspected daemon cult on the world Tirinel. He discovers that cult is in fact a Genestealer cult. He (probably) won't just pack up and go home. Instead he'll put out a call for aid from a more specilized Ordo Xenos inquisitor (and possibly death watch allies) but Inquisitor Stelle himself will continue with investigating and exterminating the cult. They may not be something he's encountered before or has training dealing with but they're still enemies of the emperor.

Hell the experience may even prompt inquisitor Stelle to leave the Ordo Malleus and attempt to Join the Ordo Xenos.

The inquisition is a very fluid "organization"
