Default Question about Tau Cadre organisation?

ok... i know from the codex that anything above a cadre is only a temporary group and will usually disperse after their objective is achieved. but if Cadres are a permanent unit, which the codex fails to state if it is or if it isn't. how are they organised. i used to play IG and the way i worked it out was like this:

1st platoon, 2nd company, 2nd battalion, 9th cadia.

truthfully how does this work with the Tau. are cadre's a permanant unit in which how are they organised, are they organised in the form of:

1st cadre of Fi'rios, 2nd Cadre of Fi'rios and so and so forth. or are they by commander e.g. Shas'O Savon's Cadre? or are they just not organised at all because my very Imperial brain can't fathom this can some-one explain to me?

We know nothing for certain... but we do know that there are "number" Cadres.

For example, a Shas'O might command a 7-Cadre, which means he has seven "normal" Cadres beneath him, commanded by Shas'El.

I myself expanded on this, meaning that each Cadre is named and numbered. For example, 2-10 Kauyon is the 2nd Cadre of the Kauyon 10-Cadre.
