Default project : final fantasy

this is an idea ive had for quite a wile to start at ff7 and go through 7, 7:ac ,8 ,9 and 10 and create a series of codex's to use at my local club .

so 7 = 3 armys good, bad and shinra

progress

:-\ revampemped the hole matera system (spells,summons and slots) and use of items(same as grenades)

any idea people would like to add please tell me...

I'd be inclined to avoid using PCs for one; the temptation to make them far too uber will be strong indeed.

For the likes of the ShinRa, the Galbadian Army, etc. the Imperial Guard might be a good place to start...

good:
hq=3(or may be 9 for a laff),el=1,tr=4,fast=3, hvy=3

bad:
hq=2,el=3,tr=6,fast=2,hvy=4

shin-ra:

I'm deeply saddened by your choice to overlook the greatest Final Fantasy of all time. That is 6/3 of course. I'm dreaming of 40k Magitech armour and moogles galore. Maybe something I should work on myself. Yes, yes, and of course the moogles deserve their own army list, perhaps. Sorry ranting now. Missing good ole ff6.

i hav not over looked it but i simply wanted to do my favs first so 7,7ac,8,9,10 and then go backwards so 6,5,4,3,2,and 1

ok so its all gone pair shaped and now im doin advent children first
( after getin the soundtrack i couldnot hold back )

ok ill post as images its easyer for me.
ive only done the bad guys but they are not as powerfull as they could be (just keep tht in mind) lol ;D

Personaly i think the characters should all be toned down. Make them weaker, because they may be amazing, but they have to be beatable. If they can charge into combat and wipe a squad of marines when theres only two of them its just unrealistic.

ermmmm

theres actualy 3 charicters and 1 type of troops they are all going to be changed that was simply a starting piont for all of them

RIGHT HE IS DONE ( i think? ).....

sephiroth= +580pts on to kadaj pts of watever it is goin to be....

7 2 7 6 5 6 4 10 3+/4+

reunion - when kadaj is taken down to 1 wound roll a d6 on a 2+ he engulfs the head of jenova and is replaced with the model of sephiroth

SPECIAL RULES


masamune - master crafted power weapon that always wounds
on a 2+, confers a 3+ invulnerable save.

refined blade - attacked units never get any cover saves.

fearless- as he is who he is he can never be pined and never takes moral tests

ain't u supposed to be dead? - all enemy models in combat
suffer -1 initiative and -4 to there ld.

shroud of darkness - once placed on the field at the start of the player
controlling him roll a physic test if past then wile he is on the field
the game uses the night fight rules

feel no pain - he is one of the most legendary bad guys ever
written and there for gains the feel no pain ability as described
in the warhammer 40k rulebook

I will not become just a memory - is immune to any type of instant death
( he is anime after all )

anime flight - same as anime leap but is rolled on 2d6 and ignores all terrain also
confers a 4+ dodge save.

ubar chop : in any round of combat were sephiroth strikes first
he may remove one independent character and move them
3d6 in a strait line away if they come in to contact with a friendly
unit they take 1 s3 hit for each member of the unit, if a vehicle
then a s6 hit, if terrain then a s4 hit , if they collide with monstrous
creature then they take a s5 hit. if the model is pushed to there
enemies resolve as above and then they count as in combat with
the unit.

when he dies remove him and replace kadaj were sephiroth
was and still on 1 wound. and stats ws 3, s 3.
