Hunting lances...are they worth it?
I have been looking at starting a guard army (yes another phase) and have been looking at the rough riders coice, I was initially enthralled with the hunting lances (what with the +2 str) but was totally turned off when I read further and found that they can only be used once, and that you can't use them to gain extra attacks, and lastly that they replace the ccw or laspistol, thereby making them almost usless,
henceforth, let debating ensue.
