Mheh, White scars used to be great before the new codex ruined all their special rules. Now I would say go for ravenwing, they are a lot better now if you compare them to the curent white scars. Their jinx save can be a real life saver sometimes. Although on the other hand, veteran white scar bikers can take abilities like fuious charge and tank hunter which is also a big plus. Personally I like white scars more as I love the idea of mongolian horsemen on bikes (the fluff of the white scars is based on mongolian history).
